Traditionally made but lightly touched, letting the fruit and region speak for itself. Recognisably Mornington pinot - perfumed, fine and approachable.

Red cherries and anise. Silky tannins and an elegant, youthful structure.

100% Mornington Peninsula, single vineyard wine.

• Soil – Alluvial sandy loam.
• Clones – Abel (54%), Pommard (34%), 667 (12%).
• Aspect – North-West.
• Planting – East-West.
• Hand-picked. 
• 10% Whole bunch, 90% Destemmed.
• 10 days on skins.
• 100% native yeast ferment.
• 100% malolactic conversion.
• Matured in aged French barrique.
• On lees, in barrel, 12 months.
• Unfined. Unfiltered.
