Traditionally made but lightly touched, letting the fruit and region speak for itself. Recognisably Mornington pinot — perfumed, fine and generous.

Lifted red fruits and just a hint of spice. Rounder and more enveloping than previous vintages, with a cool-season depth and a warmly structured finish.

100% Mornington Peninsula, single vineyard wine.

• 10 days on skins.
